    Technology & Process

    Griniu’s operations rely on advanced engineering systems to maximize recovery, reduce environmental impact, and maintain operational safety. The technology framework spans four key domains:

    Oil Re-Refining (Griniu Oil)

    The Suez facility processes 35,000+ tons of waste mineral oil annually, utilizing precision engineering systems: vacuum distillation, hydro-treating, fractional separation,
     and high-efficiency purification. Quality control ensures outputs meet international base oil standards, suitable for industrial reintegration and export.

    Agricultural Waste Recycling (Griniu Agri):

    Over 50,000 tons of agricultural residues are processed annually. Systems include industrial shredders, moisture-controlled homogenization, and standardized supply chains to cement kilns and heavy industry. Engineering practices minimize emissions, prevent open-field burning, and optimize biomass quality for energy-intensive applications.


    Industrial Expansion (Griniu Industrial):

    Planned capabilities include rubber, polymer, wood, and composite waste recovery, industrial sludge treatment, and energy recovery from non-agricultural streams. All processes will integrate circular manufacturing principles to maximize resource reuse while meeting compliance standards.

    Transport & Logistics (Griniu Transport):

    The licensed fleet is GPS-monitored, ensuring safe, traceable, and operationally integrated transport across all facilities. Future enhancements include hazardous waste mobility with real-time compliance monitoring.

    Quality Assurance:

    All operations are supported by rigorous testing protocols, calibrated instrumentation, and ISO-aligned frameworks. Every process is documented, monitored, and measured to maintain process
