Technology & Process
Griniu’s operations rely on advanced engineering systems to maximize recovery, reduce environmental impact, and maintain operational safety. The technology framework spans four key domains:
Oil Re-Refining
The Suez facility processes 35,000+ tons of waste mineral oil annually, utilizing precision engineering systems: vacuum distillation, hydro-treating, fractional separation,
and high-efficiency purification. Quality control ensures outputs meet international base oil standards, suitable for industrial reintegration and export.
Agricultural Waste Recycling
Over 50,000 tons of agricultural residues are processed annually. Systems include industrial shredders, moisture-controlled homogenization, and standardized supply chains to cement kilns and heavy industry. Engineering practices minimize emissions, prevent open-field burning, and optimize biomass quality for energy-intensive applications.
